De aandeelhouders van TUC RAIL benoemen de leden van de\u00a0Raad van Bestuur van TUC\u00a0RAIL.<\/strong><\/p>\n

De Raad van Bestuur speelt een beslissende rol in de ontwikkeling van de strategie, het toezicht en de controle op de regels en structuren en in het dagelijkse operationele en financi\u00eble beheer van TUC RAIL.<\/p>\n

De Raad van Bestuur bestaat uit 6 bestuurders, waaronder een\u00a0externe bestuurder<\/strong>. De Raad van Bestuur heeft een evenwichtige samenstelling om gezag, expertise en onafhankelijkheid te waarborgen.<\/p>\n

De Raad van Bestuur wordt bijgestaan door verschillende adviescomit\u00e9s die binnen de raad zijn opgericht: het\u00a0Auditcomit\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong>en het\u00a0Remuneratie- en Benoemingscomit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

De Raad van Bestuur benoemt de\u00a0Afgevaardigde voor het dagelijks bestuur<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Chief Executive Officer \u2013 CEO<\/strong>, die wordt bijgestaan door de\u00a0Chief Operating Officer (COO)<\/strong>, die samen het\u00a0Senior Management<\/strong>\u00a0vormen.<\/p>\n
