The Board of Directors plays a decisive role in the development of strategy, the supervision and control of the rules and structures and the daily operational and financial management of TUC RAIL.<\/p>\n

The Board of Directors consists of 6 directors, including\u00a0one external director.\u00a0<\/strong>The Board has a balanced configuration to ensure authority, expertise and independence.<\/p>\n

The Board of Directors is assisted by various advisory committees created within the board: the\u00a0Audit<\/strong>\u00a0Committee\u00a0<\/strong>and the\u00a0Remuneration and Appointment Committee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Board of Directors appoints the\u00a0Chief Executive Officer (CEO)<\/strong>\u00a0who is assisted by the\u00a0Chief Operating Officer (COO)<\/strong>, together forming the\u00a0Senior Management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
